MEET CURTIS DON VITO

Curtis Don Vito is primarily know as the lead singer/songwriter for the Los Angeles Hard Rock band SNEW. The band is notable for their catchy hooks and high energy and having worked with legendary producers such as Ken Scott, Ed Cherney and Bobby Owsinski on their many album releases.

Don Vito was called upon to edit and associate produce “Inside Metal: The Pioneers of Los Angeles Hard Rock and Metal” by director and producer Bob Nalbandian after he (Nalbandian) made an appearance on “Live from the Snewdio” a web series Don Vito produced, directed and edited as a vehicle for SNEW. The series features live performance and conversation with special guests each episode. Nalbandian was so impressed with Curtis’ production and editing he asked him to join the “Inside Metal” team to lend a lively and provocative vision to the documentary. IM:TPoLAHRM is the first title in a series of titles to come about the formative and ground-breaking years of Los Angeles heavy metal.
